熱柱

Heat Column (Cooltube® ) 是一種獲得專利的封閉式兩相流熱傳元件,有非常好的導熱能力。
熱柱的工作原理如下圖所示,底部為蒸發區,電子元件的熱量由此傳入被管內工作流體吸收,工作流體高速汽化並產生壓力差迫使汽態的工質往一端移動,在凝結區放熱後,回復液態後回流至蒸發區,完成工作循環。這種相變傳熱裝置有相當高的傳熱能力,與純金屬相比,能更有效的移動傳輸熱能。

Cooltube® 的製程穩定而可靠,大部分的應用需考慮重力作用,通過客製設計開發,我們也能提供在水平方面應用的Cooltube®。

Heat-column

與傳統的相變傳熱裝置(常規熱導管和均溫版)相比,Cooltube®可以縱向傳輸更多的熱量。
下圖是Heat column /Cooltube ® 於大功率LED散熱器的應用,通過這種方式,來自小型光引擎或COB的熱量以非常低的熱阻有效地帶到散熱器其它角落。
